1  Email me some of your photos of your pet and any other details you’d like me to know about them.

The best photos are high resolution, clearly showing your pet’s face in natural lighting, and taken at eye level. However, if you don’t have a clear photo, I might still be able to create a portrait for you, so please email your photos to me and I’ll let you know whether I can use them.)

2  Select a size and background colour for your portrait.

3  Commissions usually take 3-4 weeks to complete. If you’re in a hurry, please tell me and I’ll let you know whether I can complete your portrait more quickly.

4  Once we have agreed on the portrait content, size and timeframe, I will invoice you for a 40% deposit.

5  When the portrait is completed I will email you a photo of the portrait for your approval.

6  Once you approve, I will invoice you for the remaining 60%.

7  After payment is received I will send the portrait to you by registered mail.

8  You have a fabulous new portrait, and I donate 5% of the price of your portrait to an animal welfare charity.
